Thermal Imaging

A TRU-ir   infrared scan using  the Flir E series with MSX® Image Enhancement will identify problem areas not visible to the naked eye. The scan can reveal items such as:

Moisture

  • Plumbing leaks in walls/ceilings

  • Roof leaks

  • Moisture intrusion

Electrical

  • Overheating electrical panels/breakers

  • Overheating outlets/switches/lights

Duct work

  • Air duct leaks

  • Loose air duct connections

  • Heat and energy loss

  • Missing insulation

Hydro Jetting

The pump on the hydro jet truck puts out an impressive 4500 PSI of water pressure at 20 gallons per minute. The hydro jetting trucks high pressure and large water volume are key to effectively removing roots. The main hose reel is hydraulically controlled and has 600′ of hose. This large reel allows us to service remote areas and long sewer runs with ease. The motor is a powerful diesel motor. It is designed to have plenty of torque and will run for long hours.  A giant 525 gallon water tank which allows for plenty of water to do the job.  The truck is also equipped with two smaller auxiliary reels.  These are used for hydro jetting smaller drains.

Sewer Line Inspections

A sewer line inspection will allow the inspector to visually inspect the interior of the sewer line piping, in order to identify defects and hidden issues. The High-definition camera at the end of the snake sends a video signal back to a monitor where the videos and photos are recorded. The transmitter records the depth and location of obstructions and defects in the line. Some of the problems identified may be; misaligned piping, corrosion, cracking and root intrusion. Due to the high cost of sewer repair, it is always a good idea to order a sewer inspection along with your home inspection.

Crawl Bot Inspections

Crawl Bot inspections are great for those hard to reach places, or small access openings of the foundation/crawlspace. The crawl bot is equipped with an HD camera for excellent photo/video quality.

Drone Roof Inspections

A Drone roof inspection will allow your property inspector to get a birds eye view of high areas not accessible with a ladder. Excellent photo/video quality.

Air Quality & Moisture

A TRU-ir℠   infrared scan using  the Flir E series with MSX® Image Enhancement will identify problem areas not visible to the naked eye. The scan can reveal items such as:

Moisture

Moisture

Electrical

  • Overheating electrical panels/breakers

Duct work

  • Air duct leaks

  • Loose air duct connections

  • Heat and energy loss

Air quality testing will test the air for mold spores and allergens in the air. We take interior and exterior samples which we overnight to a laboratory for testing.  If the spore levels are elevated in reference with the exterior sample taken, then mold/moisture may pose an issue at the property.  We recommend having your property tested for piece of mind.
